Enhances the Helpdesk module by introducing an additional action button in the ticket form view, enabling users to seamlessly convert tickets into tasks.

Complete your ticket

A ticket must contain a Description.

Depending on your set up, your ticket will be given assigned a project. If a project is missing you'll add a relevant project.

Escalate

Now you can select and Escalate!
